SocoSIX Strategies was started by former USAF Colonel Dick Ryer after the sale of Apollo International Security (AIS) a company whose domestic uniformed guard services and international security offerings stood out in the competitive corporate security world. Colonel Ryer’s vision for SocoSIX was to provide boutique, custom risk management solutions with a focus on an international portfolio, utilizing a dynamic and multigenerational workforce.
Today, SocoSIX Strategies is female led and majority owned, with roots drawn from the diverse worlds of the U.S. Armed Forces, Federal law enforcement, and corporate security. We provide custom risk management solutions through SIX comprehensive programs and operate in almost every corner of the globe.
